Customers have the right to cancel an order within seven days of placing the order, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Customers canceling their orders will have their payment refunded in full - minus shipping costs within seven days of the company's receipt of the returned goods. Subscription costs will be refunded based on the unused provision for the period paid unless otherwise stated in the sales contract.The seven-day period allowed for returns is not intended to allow customers to 'trial' the product and all products returned to Skytag must be in as new condition in order for us to accept the return.Please contact Skytag to authorise a return and receive a return reference number before returning goods to us.Please contact our customer service department on 08453 88 60 63 for return address and authorisation number.
